Cylindrical Roller Bearing
SLZ---cylindrical roller bearing is a bearing unit composed of machined
inner & outer races and cylindrical rollers. It is usually used as
supporting bearing, one-way locating bearing or location bearing. Because
of large amounts of cylindrical rollers with very high dynamic load and
static load, it can bear bigger radial force and limited one-way &
two-way axial force. With the property of high rigidity, this product is
widely used in lathe, metallurgical and textile machinery; motor, driving
shaft, gearbox and other location & supporting
location.
Types of Designs: Featuring single-row and
double-row structure, linear contact between cylindrical roller &
raceway, strong capability to bear radial load and structure with cages,
it is suitable to the occasion of rotation in high speed. There are ribs
in inner & outer races, so the product can bear axial load of certain
degree and can be used as fixed side bearing. Most bearings are
separable-type design which makes it easy to mount and
dismount.
Product Precision Accuracy: Dimensional
tolerance and geometrical accuracy is based on GB/T307. Matched
cylindrical roller precision grade is Ⅲ (ISO GB/T4661). Bearing radial
running clearance conforms to the value defined by 0 group of
GB/T4604. For fuller information on the special requirements of bearing
running clearance, inscribed circle and accuracy grade, please contact
this company.
Materials: Material for needle roller is
GCr15 bearing steel, quench-hardening HRC60---65. Material for inner
and outer races is GCr15 bearing steel, quench-hardening
HRC61---65. Material for cages is quality low-carbon
steel.
Special Directions: Inside and thrust ring for
fitting cannot bear any axial load. Displacement range between inner
and outer races should be considered. Better rigid supporting is
required for the ribs transferring axial forces. For
general-disposition design of bearings, refer to the relevant
recommendation in the applied technology of rolling bearings.
