Single-line tapered roller bearing mainly endures the alloy load of radial load and axial load, and it is not suitable to endure the pure axial load. This kind of bearing can be installed housing washer and inside track, it can adjust the axial play and radial play when using or installing.

Single-line tapered roller bearing restricts axis, and doesn't permit the axis relative crust hole has any inclination. The bearing can produce additive axial force under the effect of radial load, so general speaking, in two supporting bearing, the same end of inside track and housing washer should be installed correspondently.

Framework:

1. Single-line Tapered Roller Bearing (model 7000 model 27000)

The inclination angle α of countershaft center line is between 10°to 17°.

Model 27000 big single-line tapered roller bearing can endure the alloy load of radial load and axial load, but not sole radial load. The inclination angle α of countershaft center line is between 25°-29°.

2. Model 97000 Double-line Tapered Roller Bearing

This kind of bearing can bear alloy load of radial load and axial load. The bearing can restrict axis or outer axial displacement. There is a spacing ring between the two inner races and the axial play can be adjusted by adjusting the thickness of the spacing ring in the axial play of the bearing.
