RADIAL NEEDLE ROLLER
AND CAGE ASSEMBLIES
- TG - the radial needle cage assembly includes
K series, KS series of segment type cage, needle and cage assembly
for the connecting rod clever (KZK, KBK series) and all other
special required non-standard assembly.
- In general, the qualified low-carbon steel is
used for the material of the cage. The other qualified low-carbon
alloy steel such as 15CrMo etc. and Nylon is also used for the
material in accordance with the requirements. The steel cage has
enough strength and wearability through heat-treatment. The running
temperature that the Nylon cage can bear is up to 120¡æ and 180¡æ
with short-term running. The cage that is specially surface-treated
such as copper-plated, silver-plated, phosphorizing, darkening
is provided.
- Theassembly meets the requirements of the current
national and ministry standards. Please illustrate your requirements
when ordering.
- The dimension tolerance, geometrical precision
and surface hardness of the shaft and the hole of the shell base
should meet the technical requirements of the national and the
ministry standards. The surface hardness of the roll channel is
58-64 HRC, hardening depth 0.6-1.0mm, surface roughness Ra¡Ü0.20
¦Ìm.
